Privacy Policy
MyEnglish2Go (operated by Geyser Global, LLC)
Effective date: October 18, 2026 · Version: 2.6 · Supersedes: Privacy Policy dated July 20, 2025
The short version
We built MyEnglish2Go to help you speak English more clearly, and we take the trust you place in us seriously — especially with your voice.
- What we collect: your name and email, your date of birth (to confirm your age), your purchases, basic usage and device information, and — when you practice — the short recording needed to analyze your pronunciation and the scores and feedback created from it.
- How ordinary practice works: your recording is temporarily processed to give you pronunciation feedback. We keep your scores, feedback, and learning progress. We keep the recording itself only if you separately opt in to help improve ME2G.
- Helping us improve is your choice: with your separate permission, we retain eligible practice recordings and pronunciation analysis to improve our teaching and to develop ME2G’s own pronunciation-evaluation technology, including machine-learning models. You can say no and still use everything you paid for.
- What we do not do: we do not create voiceprints, use your voice to identify you, sell your personal information, or allow service providers to use your voice or account information for their own marketing.
- Analytics and ads: our website, the Free Test and the order page use Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel to measure visits and how well our ads work. ME2G does not send them your name, email address, recordings, or pronunciation results.
- Emails: we send emails you need to use the service. We send optional emails, such as our free pronunciation email series, only if you ask for them, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
- Your rights: you may ask to access, correct, download, or delete your information, and you may withdraw optional recording consent at any time.
- How to reach us: contact@myenglish2go.com.
The full details are below.
1. Who we are
MyEnglish2Go (“ME2G,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is a teacher-led, AI-supported English pronunciation learning platform. The service is operated by Geyser Global, LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, with its principal place of business at 30 N Gould St., Suite R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect information when you visit https://myenglish2go.com, use the learning platform at app.myenglish2go.com, or take the Free Pronunciation Test.
It applies to all ME2G products, including the Free Pronunciation Test, the 1 Hour Pronunciation course, Practice Like a Pro, and the 30 Day Pronunciation Challenge.
For data-protection purposes, Geyser Global, LLC is the controller of the personal information described in this policy.
Use of ME2G is also governed by our Terms of Use.
2. The information we collect
We collect information needed to provide the service, operate accounts, protect the platform, communicate with learners, and — where the learner separately agrees — improve ME2G’s pronunciation technology.
a) Account and contact information
This may include:
- your name and email address
- your date of birth, so we can confirm that you meet the age requirement and apply the correct recording rules
- your preferred language and time zone
- secure authentication and session information used to keep you signed in and protect access to your account
- your account, purchase, entitlement, course, and learning history
- messages or support requests you send us
- if you ask for our optional emails: your email address, your language, and a record of your choice (what you agreed to, and when), plus any later unsubscribe
ME2G currently uses secure token-based authentication rather than a traditional user-created password.
b) Payment and transaction information
When you purchase a product, payment is handled by a third-party payment processor on its own secure systems.
We do not receive or store your full card number.
We retain business records such as:
- what you purchased
- purchase date and amount
- currency
- transaction or invoice identifiers
- refunds or disputes
- records needed for accounting, taxes, fraud prevention, and support
c) Voice and pronunciation information
When you use a speaking-practice feature:
- ME2G temporarily receives your short recording.
- The recording is sent to our pronunciation-analysis provider.
- We receive scores and sound-, word-, or sentence-level analysis.
- ME2G uses that information to show feedback and track your progress.
We retain your scores, feedback, and learning-progress records.
ME2G retains the recording itself only if you separately opt in to the optional improvement use described in Section 4.
d) Usage, device, and technical information
This may include:
- browser type
- device or operating-system information
- approximate country or region derived from network information
- pages and features used
- dates and times of activity
- performance, diagnostic, and security information
We use cookies and similar technologies as described in Section 8.
e) Information we do not ask you to provide
We do not ask you to provide unrelated sensitive information, such as health, religious, political, or financial-account information, in profile fields, recordings, or messages.
Voice recordings and date-of-birth information may receive additional protection under some laws, and we treat them with heightened care.
Please do not include unrelated sensitive personal information in support messages or practice recordings.
3. How we use information
| We use information to… | Examples |
|---|---|
| Provide the service | Create and secure your account, grant course access, process speaking attempts, score pronunciation, show feedback, and track learning progress. |
| Process purchases | Complete transactions, grant entitlements and credits, process refunds, and maintain accounting records. |
| Communicate with you | Send transactional emails such as login links, welcome messages, Free Test reports, purchase confirmations, and support replies. |
| Send optional emails you asked for | Send our free pronunciation email series and occasional updates about ME2G courses, only if you chose to receive them. You can unsubscribe at any time. |
| Improve ME2G | Study feature performance, fix problems, improve lessons, and — only with separate recording consent — develop ME2G’s pronunciation-evaluation technology and machine-learning models. |
| Protect and operate the platform | Prevent misuse, troubleshoot errors, monitor performance, secure accounts, and maintain audit records. |
| Meet legal and business obligations | Maintain tax and transaction records and respond to valid legal requests. |
Depending on where you live and the activity involved, we rely on:
- performance of our agreement with you
- your consent
- our legitimate interests in operating and protecting the service, where those interests do not override your rights
- compliance with legal obligations
Optional use of retained practice recordings for technology improvement and machine-learning development is based on your separate consent.
4. Your voice: how we handle it and the choices you have
Your voice is personal, and we treat it with extra care.
4.1 Practice recordings used to give you feedback
When you practice speaking, ME2G temporarily captures a short recording and sends it to our pronunciation-analysis provider to produce your score and coaching.
This processing is necessary to provide the speaking-practice feature.
ME2G retains:
- your scores
- pronunciation feedback
- learning-progress records
- limited operational records needed to run and protect the service
ME2G does not retain the practice recording itself for ordinary feedback unless you separately opt in to the improvement use below.
If you do not wish to have a recording processed for pronunciation analysis, do not use the speaking-practice feature. Other purchased content that does not require speaking remains subject to the product terms that apply to it.
4.2 Optional use to improve ME2G and build our own pronunciation technology
ME2G may ask you to agree to the following separate choice:
I agree that my practice recordings may be used to develop and improve ME2G’s pronunciation technology, including training machine-learning models, as described in our Privacy Policy.
If you agree, ME2G may retain eligible practice recordings and associated pronunciation analysis in a protected improvement library.
We may use that library to:
- improve lessons and feedback
- study pronunciation patterns and recurring errors
- evaluate the accuracy of our current pronunciation provider
- create human-reviewed pronunciation examples
- train, test, calibrate, and evaluate ME2G’s own pronunciation technology
- compare experimental ME2G models with our current scoring provider
This choice is optional.
You may decline and still use the products and features you purchased.
4.3 What we do not do with your voice
We do not:
- use your voice to identify, authenticate, or track who you are
- create a voiceprint or biometric template designed to recognize you
- use your voice to infer unrelated sensitive characteristics
- sell your recordings or pronunciation analysis
- provide your recordings to advertisers
- allow service providers to use your recordings for their own marketing
4.4 Changing your choice
You may withdraw the optional improvement consent at any time without losing access to the products you purchased.
You can:
- turn off the recording option in your account Settings, or
- email contact@myenglish2go.com
When you withdraw:
- we stop adding future recordings to the improvement library
- we begin deletion of recordings already retained for that optional purpose
- we delete those recordings within 30 days
- we remove or null related content-derived records as described below
We may retain limited structured audit records showing that:
- consent was granted, changed, or withdrawn
- an authorized review occurred
- deletion was requested or completed
These audit records do not retain the recording, copied speech, free-text reviewer notes, or detailed content-derived annotations that are removed with the recording.
4.5 A limitation involving models already trained
If information from an earlier recording was already used to train or build a model before you withdrew consent, it may not be technically possible to remove the recording’s individual influence from a model that has already been trained.
After withdrawal, however:
- we stop using the underlying recording for new work
- we delete the retained recording within the period above
- we remove associated content-level corpus records as required
- we do not add new recordings unless you later provide valid consent again
4.6 The Free Pronunciation Test
The Free Test may be completed without creating a registered learner account.
ME2G does not store Free Test recordings. The recording is sent to our pronunciation-analysis provider to generate the result, but ME2G does not save the audio.
ME2G may retain de-identified row-level pronunciation analysis from the Free Test to study pronunciation patterns and improve the service.
That record may include the detailed sound-, word-, or sentence-level analysis, a random identifier, a general region (such as country), the interface language, and an approximate time.
The stored analysis does not contain:
- your name
- your email address
- an ME2G account ID
- your IP address
- your user-agent string
- the recording itself
If you ask us to email your Free Test report, we use the email address and report information to send the message.
If you also choose to receive our optional emails, we keep your email address, language, and a record of that choice so we can send them and honor any unsubscribe.
We retain limited delivery information, such as the recipient address, the type of email, its delivery status, and when it was sent.
Email records, including any choice to receive optional emails, are stored separately and are not attached to the stored Free Test pronunciation analysis.
Because the row-level analysis is de-identified and is not linked to your email address, we may not be able to locate a particular analysis row using your email alone. We continue to protect the row-level analysis and use it only for service improvement and pronunciation research.
5. How long we keep information
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, subject to legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute, security, and deletion obligations.
| Type of data | Retention |
|---|---|
| Account and profile information | While the account is active, then deleted within a reasonable period after account closure or a verified deletion request, except for records we must keep longer. |
| Learning scores, feedback, progress, and practice dates | While the account is active. When an account is deleted, we remove direct identifiers such as your name, email address, and date of birth. We may retain learning records under an internal account identifier after those direct identifiers are removed. |
| Practice audio used only for immediate feedback | Not retained by ME2G after processing unless the learner separately opts in to the improvement library. |
| Opt-in improvement-library recordings | Retained only while valid consent remains active; deleted within 30 days after withdrawal or account closure. |
| Content-derived improvement-library records | Deleted, nulled, or converted into non-content audit records when the related recording is erased. |
| Free Test recordings | Not stored by ME2G. |
| Free Test pronunciation analysis | Retained for research and service improvement while reasonably needed for those purposes, then deleted or converted into aggregated statistics. |
| Optional-email records | While you remain subscribed. After you unsubscribe, we retain information reasonably necessary to document your consent and unsubscribe choice, honor that choice, and maintain appropriate compliance records. |
| Aggregated statistics that no longer identify an individual | May be retained longer for research, product improvement, and business analysis. |
| Email-delivery records | For as long as reasonably needed for delivery, sign-in, support, and troubleshooting. |
| Usage and diagnostic information | Retained while reasonably needed to operate, secure, and improve the service, then deleted or aggregated. |
| Transaction, tax, accounting, refund, and dispute records | For as long as required by law, or longer where needed for an active dispute. |
Closing an account does not require us to delete records that we are legally required to retain, such as tax and transaction records.
We maintain operational procedures to carry out verified account-deletion and recording-erasure requests.
6. Who receives information
We do not sell your personal information.
We do not provide your voice recordings, pronunciation analysis, name, email address, or account information to other companies for their own marketing.
We disclose limited information to service providers that help us operate ME2G. They receive only the information needed to perform their function and are expected to protect it and process it for the service they provide to us.
| Category | What they do | Information they may receive |
|---|---|---|
| Payment processing | Process purchases, refunds, and disputes | Contact and transaction information; full card details remain with the payment provider |
| Speech and pronunciation analysis | Analyze short recordings to create scores and feedback | Recording, expected text, and technical request information |
| Cloud hosting and storage | Host the platform, databases, private file storage, and security infrastructure | Information stored or transmitted through ME2G |
| Transactional email | Send login links, reports, purchase messages, and account emails | Email address, message content, delivery metadata |
| Customer communication and email tools | Send optional emails you asked for, manage unsubscribes, and support customer operations | Email address, language, purchase, and support information as needed |
| Analytics and advertising | Measure visits to our website, Free Test and order page, and how well our ads work (see Section 8) | Pages visited, steps completed (such as finishing the Free Test or a purchase and its amount), device and browser information, cookie or similar browser identifiers, and IP-derived approximate location. ME2G does not send names, email addresses, recordings, or pronunciation results |
| Audio and media generation | Produce example audio or media used by ME2G | These providers do not receive learner practice recordings unless explicitly stated in a future update |
When a person clicks an ME2G advertisement on another platform, that platform may know that its own user clicked the advertisement under that platform’s privacy policy.
We do not send learner voice recordings or pronunciation-analysis results to advertising platforms.
We may also disclose information:
- when required by law or valid legal process
- to protect ME2G, our learners, or others from fraud, abuse, or security threats
- as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of the business, subject to appropriate privacy protections
We maintain and update our provider practices as the service changes.
7. International data transfers
ME2G serves learners internationally.
Our company and many service providers are located in the United States or use global cloud infrastructure. As a result, information may be transferred to and processed in countries outside the one where you live.
Privacy laws may differ between countries.
Where required, we use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the service-provider relationship and the information involved.
By using ME2G, you understand that service delivery may involve international processing as described in this policy.
Optional improvement-library recording use remains subject to the separate consent described in Section 4.
8. Cookies, analytics, and advertising
We use a small number of cookies and similar browser storage that the service needs in order to work:
- to keep you signed in
- to protect your session and prevent misuse
- to remember your preferences, such as your language
Analytics and advertising. On our website, the Free Pronunciation Test, and the order page, we use Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel to understand how visitors find us and to measure and improve our site and our ads. These tools may set their own cookies and may receive the pages you visit, the steps you complete (such as finishing the Free Test, or a purchase and its amount), device and browser information, cookie or similar browser identifiers, and IP-derived approximate location. ME2G does not send them your name, email address, recordings, or pronunciation results. We do not use them on practice pages, your Dashboard, or your account pages. Google and Meta handle this information under their own privacy policies.
Your choices. You can block or delete cookies in your browser, use an ad blocker, change your ad preferences in your Meta account, or install Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout). Blocking analytics and advertising cookies does not affect your use of ME2G. Blocking the cookies the service needs may stop you from signing in or keeping your preferences. Where the law requires your consent for these tools, we will ask for it.
ME2G does not provide learner voice recordings or pronunciation-analysis results to advertising platforms.
9. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights:
- Access — request a copy of personal information we hold about you
- Correction — ask us to fix inaccurate or incomplete information
- Deletion — request deletion of eligible information
- Withdraw consent — withdraw optional consent, including consent for improvement-library recordings and for optional emails (use the unsubscribe link in any of those emails)
- Portability — request certain information in a portable format
- Restriction — ask us to limit certain processing
- Objection — object to certain uses of information
- Non-discrimination — exercise privacy rights without being treated unfairly
- Complaint — contact an applicable privacy or data-protection authority
To exercise a right:
- use the controls available in your account Settings, where they exist, or
- email contact@myenglish2go.com
We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.
We respond within the period required by applicable law and generally aim to respond within 30 days.
Some rights may be limited where information:
- must be retained by law
- is needed to complete a transaction or resolve a dispute
- is required to protect the platform or other users
- has been aggregated so it no longer identifies an individual
- cannot reasonably be located from the information provided
10. How we protect information
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including:
- encryption in transit
- authenticated account access
- role- and permission-based access controls
- private cloud storage
- limited administrative access to recordings
- audit and review records
- deletion and erasure procedures
- secure session and token handling
- monitoring and failure-recovery systems
- vendor and service-provider controls
Authorized ME2G reviewers may access opt-in recordings only for approved quality-review, corpus-management, research, security, or support purposes.
Access to recordings is restricted and auditable.
No storage or transmission system can be guaranteed completely secure, but we work to reduce risk, limit access, and respond to problems.
If a security incident affects personal information, we will notify affected individuals and authorities where required.
11. Learners in different countries
ME2G applies one clear privacy baseline everywhere it is offered:
- we explain what information we collect and why
- we ask separately before retaining practice recordings for technology improvement or machine-learning development
- that optional recording choice may be withdrawn at any time
- declining optional recording use does not remove access to purchased products
- we do not create voiceprints or use voice recordings to identify learners
- we treat voice recordings as sensitive information deserving heightened protection
- we do not sell personal information
- we delete retained improvement recordings after withdrawal as described in this policy
- we protect information transferred to service providers
The law where you live may give you additional rights or require additional protections. Where those requirements apply to ME2G, we will honor them, including your right to complain to a privacy or data-protection authority.
This policy is not a statement that every country has identical privacy rules. It describes the common privacy standard ME2G follows across the service.
12. Younger learners
ME2G is intended for adult and teenage English learners.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an ME2G account or contribute recordings to the optional improvement library.
We ask for date of birth so we can apply the age rule.
If you are under 18, or under the age of legal adulthood where you live, you may use ME2G only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian.
If an age is unknown, invalid, or indicates that the learner is under 13:
- the account should not be treated as eligible for registered learner use
- recordings are not added to the improvement library
- recordings are not used to train ME2G’s pronunciation technology
We do not knowingly permit a child under 13 to create a registered ME2G learner account without an approved future parent- or guardian-based process.
If you believe a child under 13 has created an account or provided information to ME2G, contact contact@myenglish2go.com. We will investigate and take appropriate action, including suspension or deletion where required.
Local law may provide additional protections for teenage users. Where those requirements apply to ME2G, we will honor them.
13. Contact us and complaints
For privacy questions, requests, or concerns, contact:
Geyser Global, LLC MyEnglish2Go Email: contact@myenglish2go.com Address: 30 N Gould St., Suite R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may have the right to complain to the privacy or data-protection authority where you live.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as ME2G changes.
When we make a material change — especially a change involving voice recordings, machine-learning use, retention, or disclosure — we will:
- update the effective date and version
- post the revised policy
- provide additional notice where appropriate or legally required
- request new consent where a material change requires it
Please review this policy periodically.
15. Language of this policy
This policy is written in English, and the English version is the legal version. Translations are provided for convenience. If a translation differs from the English, the English version governs.
Optional improvement-library recording use requires the separate consent described in Section 4.
