The short version

• What you get: online English pronunciation lessons and AI-scored speaking practice. You get access to the products you buy for as long as MyEnglish2Go operates and continues to offer them.
• Refunds:
  • The 1 Hour Pronunciation course comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee.
  • Practice Like a Pro and the 30 Day Pronunciation Challenge can be refunded within 7 days if you have not started scored practice in them and the credits they added are still in your balance.
  • A credit pack can be refunded within 7 days if its credits are still in your balance.
  • Section 6 has the details.
• Credits don't expire. One credit is one scored speaking attempt.
• Scores are coaching, not certification. Automated pronunciation feedback is helpful but not perfect.
• Your privacy is covered by our Privacy Policy.

1. Who we are and what these terms cover

MyEnglish2Go ("ME2G," "we," "our," or "us") is operated by Geyser Global, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, at 30 N Gould St., Suite R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA.

These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and Geyser Global, LLC. They apply when you:

• visit myenglish2go.com;
• use the learning platform at app.myenglish2go.com;
• take the Free Pronunciation Test; or
• buy or use any ME2G product.

By creating an account, buying a product or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. It is a separate document, and these terms do not change it.

2. Who can use ME2G

• Age. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• Minors. If you are under 18, or under the age of legal adulthood where you live, you may use ME2G and make purchases only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian. By using ME2G, you confirm that you have that permission.
• One person per account. An account is for one learner. Your sign-in link and account are personal. Please do not share them.

3. Our products

The products currently offered include:

• the Free Pronunciation Test;
• the 1 Hour Pronunciation course;
• Practice Like a Pro;
• the 30 Day Pronunciation Challenge;
• credit packs.

What each product includes, and the number of credits it comes with, is described on the order page at the time you buy it.

Buying the 1 Hour Pronunciation course creates your learner account. It also includes a free preview of Practice Like a Pro Module 1 and a number of starter credits.

3.1 Credits

• One credit is one scored speaking attempt. Scored practice uses credits; watching lessons does not.
• Credits do not expire.
• Credits have no cash value. They cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged for money, except as a refund under Section 6.
• Credits included with a product, and credits from credit packs, are added to one credit balance on your account. Your balance never goes below zero.

3.2 "Lifetime access"

"Lifetime access" means access to a product you bought for as long as MyEnglish2Go continues to operate and continues to make that product available. It is not a promise that the service will operate forever.

We may improve, reorganize or update lessons and practice content over time.

4. Prices, payment and new-member pricing

• Currency. Prices are shown in US dollars on the order page, and the price shown at checkout is the price you pay. Your bank or card issuer may apply its own currency-conversion or foreign-transaction fees.
• One-time payments. There are no subscriptions and no automatic renewals.
• Who handles payment. A third-party payment processor handles payments. We do not receive or store your full card number.
• New-member pricing.
  • After your first completed purchase of the 1 Hour Pronunciation course, Practice Like a Pro and the 30 Day Pronunciation Challenge are offered at a new-member price for 72 hours.
  • The 72 hours are counted once, from that first completed purchase. A refund does not restart them, and neither does buying the 1 Hour Pronunciation course again.
  • The 72 hours are shared: buying one of these products does not end the new-member price on the other.
  • After 72 hours, the regular price applies.
  • Credit packs are never offered at a new-member price.
  • The price that applies is decided by our system at the moment you check out.
• Changes. We may change prices for future purchases. A price change does not affect a purchase you have already completed.

5. Using the service

When you use ME2G, you agree not to:

• copy, download, record, resell or share lessons, videos, practice content or other course materials, except as the service itself allows for your personal learning;
• share your account or sign-in link, or let anyone else use your credits;
• submit recordings of anyone other than yourself;
• interfere with, overload, scrape, test the security of, or reverse-engineer the service or its scoring;
• use the service for anything unlawful or harmful.

If you break these rules, we may suspend or close your account. Where reasonable, we will contact you first.

6. Refunds

To ask for a refund, email contact@myenglish2go.com from the address on your account. Tell us which product you would like refunded. Eligible refunds go back to the original payment method.

Each product in an order is assessed on its own, even if you bought several products in one payment.

When a refund is made:

• Practice Like a Pro or 30 Day Pronunciation Challenge: access to that product ends, and the credits that purchase added are removed from your balance.
• Credit pack: the credits the pack added are removed from your balance.
• 1 Hour Pronunciation course:
  • Access to that course ends, along with the free Practice Like a Pro Module 1 preview that came with it.
  • The starter credits that came with it are removed, up to your current balance. Your balance never goes below zero.
  • Your account stays open.
  • Any other product you bought keeps its access and the price you paid for it.

Nothing in this section limits any refund or cancellation right that applicable law gives you and that cannot be waived.

7. Your content and our content

• Our content. The lessons, videos, practice sentences, audio, feedback text, software and branding belong to Geyser Global, LLC or its licensors. When you buy a product, you get a personal, non-transferable right to use it for your own learning.
• Your recordings. You keep ownership of your recordings. You allow us to process them to provide scores, feedback and the service.
• Using recordings to improve ME2G. Any use of your recordings to improve ME2G, including training machine-learning models, happens only with your separate, optional consent, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can change that choice at any time in Settings.

8. Automated feedback

Pronunciation scores and coaching are produced automatically, partly by third-party speech-analysis technology. They are designed to help you practice. However, they:

• can be wrong, especially with background noise or poor microphones;
• are not a language certification or assessment of record;
• do not guarantee any particular result.

9. Emails

• Service emails. We send service emails such as sign-in links, purchase confirmations and Free Test reports.
• Optional emails. If you choose to receive our optional emails, such as the free 5-day pronunciation series, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any of those emails.

10. Changes to the service

We may add, change or remove features or content.

If we plan to stop offering a paid product you bought, we will try to give you reasonable notice in advance where practicable.

11. Ending your account

• You can stop using ME2G at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account as described in the Privacy Policy.
• We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or that we reasonably believe is being used fraudulently. If we do, your rights under Section 6 and under applicable law still apply.

12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

• As-is service. To the extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
• Limit on liability. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
• No indirect losses. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
• Your legal rights. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability, or any consumer right, that applicable law does not allow to be excluded or limited.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. This is subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights that apply to you under the laws of the country where you live. Those rights are not affected.

If you have a problem, please contact us first. Most issues can be solved quickly by email.

If a dispute cannot be resolved, it may be brought in the courts of Wyoming, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it in your local courts.

14. Language

These terms are written in English, and the English version is the legal version. Translations, including Traditional Chinese, are provided for convenience. If a translation differs from the English, the English version governs.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we make a material change, we will:

• update the effective date and version; and
• give notice where appropriate.

The refund terms in force on the day you bought a product apply to that purchase.
